John Solomon: Evidence Clinton Campaign Colluded With Ukraine in 2016 Election Now In Top Prosecutor’s Hands

It has been reported that a Ukrainian lawmaker is pushing for former Secretary of State and failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to be investigated for allegedly having colluded with the Ukraine during the 2016 presidential election.

In August of 2017, the Gateway Pundit reported on the Ukrainian government’s part in the 2016 United States presidential election.
At the time, the Politico EU reported:
A Ukrainian member of parliament has requested a criminal investigation into possible meddling by his country’s government in last year’s U.S. presidential election, claiming the interference has “seriously damaged Ukrainian-American relations.”
In a July 24 letter to Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Andrei Derkach, an independent MP who was formerly aligned with a pro-Russian party, requested that authorities launch a pretrial investigation into “illegal interference in the election of President of the United States organized by a criminal organization.” This organization, he said, consisted of senior members of the country’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau, government officials, and other public figures.
Derkach’s accusations center around reports, first published in POLITICO in January, that Ukrainian politicians and diplomats may have cooperated with people connected to the Democratic National Committee to hamper Donald Trump’s candidacy and bolster Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid. The key figure involved has denied any coordination with the DNC.
The way the media absolutely refuses to report on DNC and Ukraine efforts to have Clinton elected stands to be one of the most “egregious aspects of the media’s coverage of alleged Russian interference” during the 2016 election, according to the Gateway Pundit.
The Hill’s John Solomon interviewed Ukraine Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko on Wednesday. During the interview, the prosecutor explained to Solomon that he had personally seen evidence that a higher-up law enforcement official had stated that his agency was guilty of leaking Paul Manafort’s financial records in order to further the Clinton campaign.
The Gateway Pundit explains, “The Ukrainians were actively colluding with the Clinton Campaign in the 2016 US election and Lutsenko has proof. Dirty cop Robert Mueller knows about this collusion but refuses to act on this clear evidence of election crimes by the Clinton campaign.”
The Hill reported:
Ukraine’s top prosecutor divulged in an interview aired Wednesday on Hill.TV that he has opened an investigation into whether his country’s law enforcement apparatus intentionally leaked financial records during the 2016 U.S. presidential campaign about then-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort in an effort to sway the election in favor of Hillary Clinton.
The leak of the so-called “black ledger” files to U.S. media prompted Manafort’s resignation from the Trump campaign and gave rise to one of the key allegations in the Russia collusion probe that has dogged Trump for the last two and a half years.
Ukraine Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko’s probe was prompted by a Ukrainian parliamentarian’s release of a tape recording purporting to quote a top law enforcement official as saying his agency leaked the Manafort financial records to help Clinton’s campaign.
The parliamentarian was able to secure a court ruling saying that the leak led to “an illegal intrusion into the American election campaign,” according to Lutsenko.
Lutsenko stated that the recording “is a serious enough allegation to warrant opening a probe, and one of his concerns is that the Ukrainian law enforcement agency involved had frequent contact with the Obama administration’s U.S. embassy in Kiev at the time,” according to the Hill.
“Today we will launch a criminal investigation about this and we will give legal assessment of this information,” Lutsenko stated.
